Creative Process
A creative problem I encountered was finding a way to represent the organization’s goals and communities in an identifiable mark. To solve the problem, I drew inspiration from the architecture of Taipei 101, the former largest building in the world. These units allowed me to create a modular logo that also encapsulates community cohesion and an elevation of status. The logo features eight different units symbolizing the eight different organizations in Northern California.

Branding Applications
TAFNC hosts a lot of events that require equipment to represent and promote the brand to attendants. These include gazebos for outdoor venues and fabric banners that can garner attention for photos and campaigns.

Animation
An image of Taipei 101 is presented and then a unit of the building is utilized to create the building blocks of the logo. After the full primary mark is shown, we explore secondary marks and the eight different organizations under TAFNC’s network. Then, the units stack to form a structure reminiscent of Taipei 101. To conclude, the logomark reappears at the end.
